Springs Preserve Wedding: Young Love

I recently had the pleasure of providing day-of coordination and wedding officiant services for a beautiful young couple who were married at the Springs Preserve. The Springs Preserve is an oasis in the city, a 180-acre cultural and historical destination that works to protect and preserve our local resources. This rustic yet modern venue was the perfect setting for this couple’s special day, as it provided them with breathtaking views of nature combined with outstanding amenities such as restaurants, lush gardens, trails, museums and more.

The bride and groom had been planning their special day for months and were so excited to finally become husband and wife.  The processional began with a violinist playing a beautiful melody as the bride walked down the aisle with her mother and father. Soft music filled the air as everyone watched in awe. As they exchanged their vows surrounded by family and friends, I could feel the love in the air between them; it truly was romantic.

From the moment they said “I do” until the end of their reception, everything ran smoothly thanks to months of planning and preparation. We successfully coordinated guests, multiple vendors, and ensured that all details were taken care of so that the couple could enjoy their wedding celebration without worrying about any last minute problems or issues. 

It was an absolute honor and pleasure to be part of such a momentous occasion for this couple and help them realize their dream wedding – one they will always remember!

Springs Preserve Wedding: DIY Bride

When it comes to planning a wedding, there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Every couple has unique needs and preferences, and for this particular bride, DIY decor was the way to go for her special day at the Springs Preserve in Las Vegas. As a day of coordinator, I was able to help make sure that everything went off without a hitch!

The bride chose to take on many DIY projects and add her own unique touches to make her special day one she'll never forget. From creating custom photo props to hiring a guitarist to serenade guests, this bride was determined to make this a truly memorable occasion for all.  She made sure to include Chinese elements to honor her and her fiancé's heritage.

 Our team also provided wedding officiant services.  With each part coming together perfectly, we could tell they were thrilled with how everything turned out!

Wedding at The Springs Preserve

You would never know by looking at these photos, but, I'll let you in on a secret....  It was raining cats and dogs outside!  I felt for this couple, because of course they came to Las Vegas for the perfect weather and they were a little disappointed.  We had to move the wedding ceremony to an indoor location at The Springs Preserve.  It was still incredibly beautiful and the rain subsided just long enough to take some great photos in some of the more scenic areas. 

The reception was at Wellington Place; this was my first time working at this venue and I was really impressed.  They had beautiful décor, friendly staff, and stuck to a strict timeline (which is a wedding planner's dream!).  The couple and their guests partied through the night- I vaguely remember joining in during "The Electric Slide".  When the reception was over, they piled into their limousines and headed back toward "the strip" and I got an inkling that their night was just getting started.
